Walks, Talks, and Awards

After two years very successful years at Bicester Motion, OxPropFest is returning to Keble College, Oxford. Using the backdrop of this unique location in the middle of Oxford’s Knowledge Quarter, we have developed a choice of Walks reflecting the unique changes which are happening in the world of property in Oxford. Cost £55+VAT will cover either of the following options:

Walk One – Oxford Science Quarter

Visit with key stakeholders to Reuben College (with Morgan Sindall Construction), The Life & Mind Building (with Wates Construction) and HB Allen Centre (with Bidwells) which is part of the Keble Triangle. We shall meet outside Keble College on Parks Road at 1.45pm and return to this location by 4pm in time for attendees to get ready for the evening awards. Maximum numbers 20.

Walk Two – North Oxford by open top bus! (Using an open top bus and supported by Oxford Buses)

Visit will be assisted by the key stakeholders involved in the projects and will meet on Parkes Road to Keble College. The route will include a visit to Oxford North, the proposed triangle development for Oxford Football Club, view of the masterplan for Begbroke Science Park and finally the Innovation Centre at Oxford Technology Park in Kidlington. We shall meet outside Keble College on Parks Road at 1.45pm and return to this location by 4pm in time for attendees to get ready for the evening awards. Maximum numbers 40.
