The event is aimed at those exploring flexible ways of working. It’s taking place on the morning of 13th September (at Tap Social – which is an amazing social enterprise in Botley, Oxford). We have speakers from different companies (of varying sizes) that have trialled (and then implemented) a 4-day week, worked with hybrid and part-time employees and from a company that has won awards for its remote-working philosophy. We’re hoping it will enable organisations to come together, share their experiences and perhaps then go away and implement or trial some changes in their own organisations.
