This workshop will help businesses to look with fresh eyes. The goal is to deliver Ambience: whether physical or digital, to help businesses to develop a sixth sense to maximise their customer experience, and to use technology that is both sophisticated and accessible to optimise their ROI. This workshop is aimed at businesses in the Visitor Economy sector and is being delivered twice (one north and one south) to provide a wide opportunity for engagement.
How will this help my business?
Combine excellence in physical and digital CX (Customer Experience) and AI (Artificial Intelligence) for your business to:
- help you increase your profitability
- get better ROI from the money you are already spending
- understand and maximise the benefits of CX to meet customer expectations and aspirations
- deliver a joined up brand-experience
- ensure your team owns, consistently delivers, and further enhances your customer experience
The goal is to help you to develop a sixth sense to maximise your customer experience, and use technology that is both sophisticated and accessible to optimise your return on investment in 2023.
Who is eligible?
Any Oxfordshire business (that trades within Oxfordshire) that is part of the visitor sector including museums, the hospitality, arts and culture organisations and independent retailers.
