HPIC taking part in the new Property Technology (PropTech) Incubator

Oxford Innovation Space currently supports over 870 early-stage businesses through its network of 32 innovation centres across the UK and Ireland, including Heyford Park Innovation Centre. At Heyford Park, Infersens has trialled its intelligent water sensors, designed to monitor water flow and temperature, minimising waste and improving sustainability. Their first product, Cortense, manages waterborne pathogens like Legionella in built environments.

In line with Oxford Innovation Spaces commitment to championing innovation and achieving Net Zero, Oxford Innovation Space has launched a new Property Technology (PropTech) Incubator. This initiative supports start-ups developing groundbreaking technologies for commercial and residential buildings.
