SUMMARY:HALF-TIME: Annual Goals Workshop (in person)
DESCRIPTION:Details\n\nThis workshops will provide you with head space and time mid-year to evaluate progress or formulate your annual goals and learning intent. You will use your conclusion on the first 6 months as a bridge for formulating or refining your goals for the rest of the year. \nThrough visual and experiential activities\, as well as coaching\, during the workshop you will be discovering things you ‘didn’t know you knew already’\, tapping into your inner pre-verbal knowledge. \nWe will also be looking into how you interact with stakeholders and how you can manage your learning and development in the second half of the year to support your goals effectively. \nYou will go away with clarity on your goals for the rest of the year\, raised self-awareness and development actions\, having worked with activities you can continue to use for self-coaching\, with clients or stakeholders and in team meetings. \nThe workshop is suitable for anybody who wants to think about their work or business\, and also provides networking with others who invest in their own learning and development. \n  \nTestimonials from past workshop participants: \nI found the experience thoroughly worthwhile. Claudia’s clear delivery and handling of the workshop set the perfect tone for what followed throughout the day. Each of the exercises have produced solid material for me to go away and really look at my business objectively. (Entrepreneur) \nBrilliant\, brilliant day. Couldn’t have been more timely and useful. Really productive. Best use of my time so far this year\, I nearly cancelled because of work pressures\, I’m thrilled I chose to come. (Consultancy Director) \nIt was an excellent workshop and incredibly useful for setting goals in a creative intuitive way (Marketing Analytics Consultant) \n  \nMeet the facilitator: \nClaudia Filsinger is the Founder of Moving Maps Ltd\, an international business consultancy offering emerging systemic learning and coaching methods that change mental maps. \nHer broad portfolio includes coaching\, facilitation and leadership development in a broad range of organisations\, industries and geographies. \nShe has also lectured in business\, management and coaching at Oxford Brookes Business School.
