SUMMARY:Inspiring women in technology In conversation with...Dr Kristen Weatherby
DESCRIPTION:Registration is now open for the March session of our Inspiring Women in Tech webinar series In conversation with… Join commercial partner\, Sophie Burton-Jones\, in conversation with… Dr Kristen Weatherby\, founder of Breakthrough Labs. \nKristen is committed to helping change the culture around investing in female-founded tech start-ups by nurturing a community of women who are building successful businesses while bringing together a collective of investors who are committed to investing in women. \nBreakthrough Labs is a research-backed accelerator and community helping female founders get funded. Female entrepreneurs aren’t being funded at anywhere near the same level as their male counterparts\, regardless of their industry or country of origin. Research tells us why\, and this evidence is the foundation of everything Breakthrough Labs creates to support female founders of tech start-ups raising early-stage funding. \nIn this highly interactive session Kristen will share what has inspired her over the years\, obstacles she has faced and how she has overcome them. \nTo book your place\, please click on the button below. If you have accessibility needs or require any adjustments to enable you to take part in these webinars\, please let us know using our accessibility requirements form.
