DESCRIPTION:Join 9-2-3 Jobs for a deep-dive into the best flexible working options for your organisation! \nThe event is aimed at those exploring flexible ways of working. It’s taking place on the morning of 13th September (at Tap Social – which is an amazing social enterprise in Botley\, Oxford). We have speakers from different companies (of varying sizes) that have trialled (and then implemented) a 4-day week\, worked with hybrid and part-time employees and from a company that has won awards for its remote-working philosophy. We’re hoping it will enable organisations to come together\, share their experiences and perhaps then go away and implement or trial some changes in their own organisations.
